I’ve been a very busy and blessed man of late,  as stated in an earlier blog post I’m loving the diversity of the folks who want me to make photographs for them. Just in the past few weeks alone I’ve shot a men’s editorial feature for Smitten Magazine with two of my closest friends, Parker J and filmmaker Timm Young, (coming out in July) a few days later photographed a gorgeous and elegant  beach wedding then made art at a Vaudeville 1920 – 1930’s wedding and not just inspired by but the real deal. Taught two Teach – In’s and helped 3 people “Be Their Art” Good times…….

I photographed  beautiful Mollie a few weeks ago at the culture rich and very beautiful Lowndes Grove in Charleston. I’m quite the lover of history and tried to imagine the ladies of the house back in 1786 sweeping down the stairs etc……..

note: this is not a set up /styled session, Mollie is a real bride whose real wedding I photographed this past weekend.

Many of you may or may not know that prior to my leaping into this photography career in the mid 80’s I worked for Vidal Sassoon and later the London Academy performing in hair shows & seminars around the globe to audiences from 5 – 5,000, although I secretly enjoyed the adulation of 5,000 Japanese hair stylists (who wouldn’t) I always found the more intimate setting of the in-salon seminar the most satisfying so………instead of the traditional style workshop I’ve decided to bring a personalized teaching experience into your environment.

In-studio Teach- In’s are suited to small groups and can last from one to five days.
